Lots of young women tried to fight against the nazis in the background, and would do things like ship in revolvers, and make bunkers. One example from the text is "Resistance leaders liked turning to young women for such missions because the German occupiers rarely suspected that a woman would volunteer for such dangerous work." This shows that women during this time made use of the fact they were not seen as dangerous to their advantage

The role women played during the holocaust were to go against Germany and to protect young Jewish children from being captured. They gave illegal newspapers to bus riders, put up posters supporting the USSR, smuggled guns and fake passports using bread, and built underground bunkers to hide from Nazis.

The role that the women played was that of espionage and execution. For example, "But the girls’ clandestine work soon took a dangerous turn. A resistance leader named Frans van der Wiel learned of their illegal acts and asked them to join a small group that would sabotage vital infrastructure and kill Nazi officials and Dutch traitors."

Thousands of women joined in efforts to defeat the Nazis. They passed out illegal newspapers, posted banners, and helped escort young Jewish children to and from safe hiding places. Women also did riskier things such as shooting German officials, smuggling guns, food, and fake passports. Ultimately, women played a large role in fighting against the Nazis.

The role young women played during the Holocaust resistance was that they killed government officials and they also spread things like news papers and they also put banners up that supported Germany's enemy, the Soviet Union. In addition, the text also mentions: "Hundreds, if not thousands, of women risked their lives to undermine the Nazis, smuggling revolvers or fake passports in loaves of bread, building underground bunkers, flinging Molotov cocktails, and spiriting Jewish children out of harm’s way." Through this, we see that young women were doing very dangerous things that if they were caught, would lead them to death just to try to stop Hitler.

For example, in the text it states, "The sisters, along with a third teenager from their hometown, Johanna (Hannie) Schaft, 19, helped assassinate German and Dutch officials and sabotage the German army." This shows that the role young women had in the Holocaust resistance was eliminating officals of the German army to help Germany's enemies.

Young women during the holocaust played the role of heros by making moves against the Nazis secretly for the better of Jews. For example, according to ‘Risking Their Lives’, “ Hannie took pains to hide two Jewish classmates in her parents’ home and made counterfeit ID cards to help them evade the authorities. But the girls’ clandestine work soon took a dangerous turn. A resistance leader named Frans van der Wiel learned of their illegal acts and asked them to join a small group that would sabotage vital infrastructure and kill Nazi officials and Dutch traitors.” This shows how women are endangering themselves in order to save their friends and Jews alike.

Although many young women were historically viewed as weak or incapable of undertaking such hazardous jobs, these women played a significant role in the Holocaust resistance. According to the article, most of the women's activities include: hiding weapons like revolvers or fake passports inside loaves of bread, constructing underground bunkers, throwing Molotov bombs, and rescuing Jewish children from danger. Without their contributions, many MORE lives would've been taken.

Young women played a very important role by assassinating the Nazi's officials. For example, "The sisters, along with a third teenager from their hometown, Johanna (Hannie) Schaft, 19, helped assassinate German and Dutch officials and sabotage the German army." In other words, this means that these young women have big guts to kill people just for the right cause. This connects to my claim because by assassinating Germans they help ruin plans and the Germans will need substitute which will delay their plans.

The role that the young women plays is a very dangerous and risky role which causes chaos to the Nazis and sabotaging them, just to save many Jewish children and people who are targets of Germany. They've made many risky plays to sabotaging the Nazis, joined a group to continue doing their deeds, ended up being betrayed by their members, and so on. They've been saving many Jewish children ever since they risked their lives.

Young women played a huge role in the Holocaust resistance because, they got to stall out the Nazis, but also the women got to thwart out some key information about the Nazis. For example, "Within Germany, a group of college students known as the White Rose printed leaflets exposing the atrocities committed by German forces. In 1943, Danish resisters, abetted by hundreds of ordinary Danes, secretly ushered 7,200 Jews—over 90 percent of the country’s Jewish population—to safety in neutral Sweden. In Warsaw, Poland, in 1943, bands of Jewish fighters fought off the well-armed Germans for several weeks." Women played a huge role during the holocaust because the nazis mainly targeted Jewish people and people based on their gender which was women. Many of the concentration camps were made for just women and one of them holding 100,000+ women. That’s when many young women would help people that were trapped and saved many people

The three young dutch women was similar to spies because they assassinated Nazi and Dutch officers and helped the Jewish survive capture. In the text it states "Johanna (Hannie) Schaft, 19, helped assassinate German and Dutch officials and sabotage the German army." Therefore this shows the three dutch women was similar to spies.

During the holocaust resistance, young women played a role and helped many jewish prisoners escape during the holocaust. The three teenagers did dangerous works such as blowing up railroads or smuggling fake passports and guns. For example, in the text it says "The sisters, along with a third teenager from their hometown, Johanna (Hannie) Schaft, 19, helped assassinate German and Dutch officials and sabotage the German army." These young women put in a lot of effort to lead a better life for many jewish prisoners during the hard times.

Young women played a important and risky role in the Holocaust resistance and sabotaging the Nazis and helping Jews. As said in the article, "Hundreds, if not thousands, of women risked their lives to undermine the Nazis, smuggling revolvers or fake passports in loaves of bread, building underground bunkers, flinging Molotov cocktails, and spiriting Jewish children out of harm’s way."

The women of this time during the Holocaust were risking there lives to may jewish kids to protect them and keep them safe but it came with a cost. Many women between the years 1941-1945 were killed but that didn't stop them from protecting the children.

The role that the women played was that of espionage and execution. For example, "But the girls’ clandestine work soon took a dangerous turn. They passed out illegal newspapers, posted banners, and helped escort young Jewish children to and from safe hiding places. "Hundreds, if not thousands, of women risked their lives to undermine the Nazis, smuggling revolvers or fake passports in loaves of bread, building underground bunkers, flinging Molotov cocktails, and spiriting Jewish children out of harm’s way."

Young women played an essential role in the Holocaust resistance because they could help the Jewish people without being suspected, since they were women- nobody thought women would volunteer for such dangerous work). For example, in the article it says, "Hundreds, if not thousands, of women risked their lives to undermine the Nazis, smuggling revolvers or fake passports in loaves of bread, building underground bunkers, flinging Molotov cocktails, and spiriting Jewish children out of harm’s way."

Young women played a major role in saving children during the holocaust, for example in paragraph 2 it states,"They escorted Jewish children from one safe hiding place to the next so the kids could avoid capture and harm by the Nazis." What this is trying to say is that women were trying to fight back during the holocaust to save children from the being killed by the nazis.
