The current news about the impending COVID-19 vaccine is promising. There are a few pharmaceutical companies that have released their scientific data on the vaccine, and indicate there is a 95 % success rate with those already tested against the coronavirus. I think that this is great news but I would like to know more about their data and will be keeping a close eye on any new research being released during the upcoming months. This might be however, "a game changer" for all of us!

It is great to see that the vaccine is in the next phase after almost a year. I often wonder how this stuff works and think about how long it took in 1918 to develop a vaccine. Hoping that more scientfic data gets relased on this in the near future so that we are all informed about the latest developments.

I am glad that they are working hard to get this vaccine for the people but the question of weather we can or should trust our leadership to take it. the people want a vaccine of course but without the factor of trust they will not even attempt to take it no matter how much promotion people do or how much they claim to have spent to make it.

It makes me hopeful, as this COVID pandemic has infected thousands, and a vaccine is really needed. After, everything would go back to normal, and people don't have to spend hundreds on face masks.

I am scared that people will not take the vaccine because there are some people who are very skeptical of the vaccine and how quickly it was made. If anyone is scared, just know that the reason the vaccine was made super quickly was because millions of people are dying and the whole world is going through a pandemic. In addition, I am glad that a vaccine is coming along because I really want things to be normal again.

I am happy to hear that the vaccine is out after 10 months of COVID-19. I think COVID-19 might end next year because since vaccine is out it still needs to take more time to make more and pass them out to everyone.

In my personal opinion, I think the vaccine is going to be great, but we need to make sure that it has no devastating side effects. Because if these side effects go south, it may cause an even greater casualty. But mostly, I feel that this vaccine will stop the spread and end this pandemic once and for all.

I am very happy that we have a vaccine to CURE or at least defeat this world wide pandemic. They have tested it and it proves that it will help to defeat COVID. But I do have some concerns. We need lots of the vaccine, so do we have enough? The mayor arranges priorities. Can all the people in NYC or the whole world get the vaccine fast enough? The more time the vaccine is going through the priority list, the condition that you have will become worse.

The vaccine to me is a ray of hope to curing those with covid-19. I don't think that covid will ever disappear, considering how the flu stuck around and how some American citizens are confronting this crisis. Therefore, a cure for covid-19 would be great if people were to get infected again like the flu.

I think that the vaccine will be a big step against stopping the Coronavirus but we'll still have to be a bit careful because there's still the chance that some people won't be affected by the vaccine and they'll get COVID and then they might spread it after we've reopened so we'll have to take this slowly.

I am glad that the vaccine is almost here because that means that we can go back to normal. However, I am a bit concerned about those who do not want to take the vaccine because they believe that it won't work or don't want to be guinea pigs for the scientists. I am also concerned about those who are getting the vaccine just because of who they are such as rich people. It would be more important to get it to those who need it more then they do

I hope that the vaccine works and there are no bad side effects. One concern is that it might give you the virus. It took less than a year to make and most vaccine take around 5 years. Also all of the doctors, are suppose to be getting it first and what if something goes bad and all of the doctors die than we have nobody to take care of us. But I hope everything goes well we can all get our vaccine in spring and go back to school.

I am glad that the COVID vaccine is coming soon and that it is 95% effective. I think because it was made so quick that people will be afraid to take it. We all take vaccines since we are babies and everyone is ok from those vaccines. But I see how some people may be scared to take it since it was made so quickly and the side effects are not really known yet. I think we need to just pay attention to what the scientists and doctors are saying and trust them.

I think having a covid vaccine is good because 2020 was not a good year. Is also sad for small business and restraunts closing down for example I was gonna eat at a place called J.J. Noodle but I later found out it is for rent out of business. This time is such a bad time for economy and small business and restraunts since they are most likely to go out of business.

Second of all this pandemic ruin the economy (small business in particular), People and etc. Yet for something to end this all, this really means a lot.

I hope it does work so everyone could start transitioning back to our normal lives, though, I hope everyone continues to stay cautious since the virus is still out there. I find it amazing how people were able to come up with a vaccine within a few months! Hopefully, this pandemic will subside by next year after the vaccine is transferred to people worldwide which could take some time. However, we don't know whether the vaccine would work 100% as there could be possible side effects that either might fatally affect people more or they could have a minor effect on people who take the vaccine. I hope experts spend their time testing the vaccine on those with the virus to make sure that the vaccine could effectively protect and prevent people from catching it.

Its a good sight to see after waiting sooo long for it but it gives me hope that we can return to normal again soon. The big question I think everyone has right now is who will get it first and in my opinion I think hospital workers deserve it because of the hard work that they have put into helping people with the virus. I hope that everyone can get the vaccine as soon as possible and begin living in a world without masks everywhere.

I am very excited for this vaccine as many others are as well. It will help many people and will create a brighter future for us. On the other hand, we also have to remember that this vaccine will not just make the virus go away, it will still be here like the common cold or the flu. So even when this vaccine comes out, we can not return to 'normal' because we are still going to have to live with this virus. Overall, I am truly very excited that there may be a vaccine that can help with this time, but we still need to be cautious and aware that the virus is not gone.

Today, the news reported that the residents in London, England will be allowed to take the vaccine starting tomorrow, Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Those allowed to take the vaccine are anyone over 80, if they live in a retirement home and health care workers. So the eyes of the world will be monitoring this situation, and it will allow Americans to be better informed about any side effects to the vaccine. Stay tuned!!!!!

I think that it's great for the virus to finally come to an end but I feel like there is going to be a period of time where things don't really go back to normal. What I mean by that is the fact that most of us learned about how much bacteria there is and how easily you can get sick. People aren't really going to see things the same way anymore now that they know how easy it is to get sick.

I cant really have a opinion on the COVID-19 vaccine because the only piece of information that we know is that the vaccine is somewhat on its way. I do think a issue will be people who won't take the vaccine like people who won't wear mask, then the virus will continue to spread. To begin with, I am mostly relieved to hear that a COVID-19 vaccine has been making reassuring progress, giving me optimistic thoughts of the future. If the COVID pandemic were to end, many things would go back to normal, as many of us wish for. It will however take much longer than a simple month or two, nor will it likely be a instant end to the pandemic. It is clear, more research and testing must be done for this vaccine, for safety purposes mainly, and to see whether it will actually function. Furthermore, regularizing this vaccine may become a bigger problem, as providing enough vaccines for the world, and coming across potential problems or objections to it may happen as well. Overall, it is really makes me optimistic that this pandemic may end soon, however I think none of it will be an easy process.
